banned for being “underage”

I literally randomly just got banned on TikTok saying I’m underage when I’m very clearly not. I clicked to appeal but it logged me out of the account so I can’t even appeal at all. I’m literally 17 and had 4.6k followers and 200k likes I’m about to crash out. Can I even get it sorted or not?
